Regis Lima of RL Martial Arts will hold a tournament on March 8, 2008. More details will follow later. This will be an AAU sanctioned event.

Master Regis Lima is planning a comBATON seminar this weekend at Veteran's Memorial Park in Hudson, Florida at 3 pm. All martial artists and their families are invited to learn about this new combat sport. Attendees will have the chance to participate in a game as well. The seminar is scheduled for 3 pm on December 1st.

Master Lima's School At Disney Martial Arts Festival

Master Lima's students won over 40 medals at the 2007 Disney Martials Festival. RL Martial Arts, his school, will be competing in Combaton tournaments as well. We think his school is a great addition to the Combaton family. His school has an excellent reputation for quality instruction in the Port Richey, Florida area. Disney Martial Arts Festival was a Great Experience.

The Disney Wide World of Sports facility was great! The staff was wonderful and every last detail was attended to. We could have done without the rain, but the demo experience was a good one. On the left, Steve is talking with Ninja Nick of Dragon's Dojo, Brian Schneider (#8) formerly of Taekwondo America, and Brian's students, Josh and Seth (#23.) AAU Gold Coast Challenge

Master DeJesus' 2007 Florida Gold Coast Challenge, held on September 29th, 2007, was the site of some spectacular sparring particularly in the junior divisions. Master DeJesus is pictured on the left. Grandmaster Joo-Yul Oh, Master Dejesus' Grandmaster, was present as an honored guest and enjoyed the sparring event. It was good to see Grandmaster Oh again. Vendors present included Macho and Combaton the Martial Arts Team Sport. Master DeJesus runs a finely tuned tournament and competitive TKD players are encouraged to keep an eye out for his tournaments.
