I know this is a Florida Tournament blog but I have to mention the AAU Nationals in Wisconsin the 4th of July weekend because so many Florida TKD competitors are going. There'll be forms, point sparring, and Olympic sparring. Good luck to all and put those videos on the internet for those of us stuck here in the hot and humid Sunshine State! LOL.
